Are the products refrigerated?
We do not recommend keeping them in the refrigerator because they change their consistency and flavor. If you store them in a cool place they will keep their original consistency.
How long do the PRODUCTS last?
Our products last up to 2 months if stored in a cool place where they are not exposed to sun or heat.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
Our shipments take from 2 to 5 business days but there are factors external to Palimix that can cause this time to be extended. We appreciate your patience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our sales are final. For quality and safety reasons we do not have exchanges or returns of any product unless there has been an error on our part.
